Device Insurance

Screen Damage: Sentinel will repair the screen of the device in an event that the screen of the device is accidentally broken. Sentinel offers one screen replacement in 1 year and a Loaner device is given during repair.

Liquid Damage: Sentinel will replace the device in the event of the device coming in contact with liquid. The replacement device will be a pre-owned device that is one generation less than the damaged device. This cover is for 6 months and Sentinel offers one replacement within this period.

Theft: Sentinel will replace the device in the event of theft of the device. The replacement device would be a pre-owned equivalent of stolen device .This cover is for 6 months and Sentinel offers one replacement within this period.

SENTIFLEX

This service is designed to provide spread payment option for the acquisition of a new device for a period of 3/6/9/12 months.
It is bundled with value added services that mitigate the risks associated with Mobile Device Financing.
